14.12.05: At the end of the year 2005 Youth Hostels Association of Russia (YHAR) continued the Project “Calendars” that was begun three years ago.

03.11.05: From October, 28 till October, 30, 2005 in Vilnius (Lithuania) there was held an AGM (Annual General Meeting) organized by the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF) where representatives from the Central and East–European Youth Hostel Associations made their reports on the work of their Associations during the previous year.

21.10.05: From the 12th till the 14th of October 2005 in Saint-Petersburg (Russia) there held the XIII International Travel Trade Fair INWETEX—CIS TRAVEL MARKET’2005.

20.06.05: To the beginning of the year 2004 International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF) prepared the “Quality Assurance Pilot Programme” which was launched on the 15th of April 2004.

29.04.05: On the 26th of April, 2005 there held the meeting between Yulia Zubareva, President of the Youth Hostels Association of Russia (YHAR), and Ms Sabine Beckmann who is working at the national office of the German Youth Hostel Association (DJH) in Detmold as international relations officer.

11.04.05: From April, 1 till April, 3, 2005 in Skopje (Makedonia) there held the Meeting of the IYHF Central and East European Regional Committee.
